 My 5 Year Plan:

After completing my level 3 media course I plan to attend University and take film studies. Whilst studying I intend to take any work experience opportunity I can to increase my knowledge of what it's like to actually work in the film industry. I will be open to most work as I'm not sure yet which aspect of the film and TV industry I would like to enter. I hope to finish University in 2024 with a degree I'm proud of and an understanding of what I what job I would like. After finishing University I would like to get a job within the media industry and begin to save for my own home.

My 10 Year Plan:

In 10 years from now I would like to have a job I love and I'm excited to do each day. Also I would like to be in my own home starting a family of my own. I would love to be working in the film/TV industry as it's something I have always had a passion for. I would want to live in the country side near a city as I hate city's however I'm sure there will probably be more work available in the city. All I want in my future is a happy work and home life.

Show Reel:

Show reels are a type of portfolio that presents something you have created they are typically used for job or university interviews. There can be different types of show reel depending on what would best suit the circumstances. There is a cut to track, Corporate and broadcast. I thought cut to track would suit my needs best because I don't have much footage to use and also this way I can show a broader spectrum of work.
